UNDERGROUND POWER, WATER, PHONE & GAS SERVICES
We install underground power, water, phone and gas services for new and existing residential and commercial buildings. We are equipped with a 5 tonne tipper truck and 2 tonne excavator suitable for most jobs including those with difficult or tight access.
PROPERTY SERVICES
We can undertake a variety of property services including but not limited to pick up, delivery and removal of materials to and from sites; breaking, removal setting out and laying of concrete driveways and paths; site clearing and rubbish removal; tree, root and stump removal; deconstruction and removal of small structures (sheds, etc).
ELECTRICAL SERVICES
As a fully registered and qualified electrician with 40 years in the trade, we have experience in all aspects of residential and commercial electrical solutions. We can also provide COC sign off and coordination.
WE UNDERTAKE ALL JOBS WITH THE UTMOST CARE AND LEAVE SITES CLEAR, CLEAN AND TIDY.
Terry was contracted to dig trenching and lay gas pipe services from the road side to the house. He undertook his work with great care, trenches were cut in tidy and straight, all mess was cleared away at the close of the job. Fantastic to work with, prompt and as always leaves the site clear, clean and tidy.
We were doing renovations on our newly purchased 1940’s villa. Switchboard was clearly outdated and required a total overhaul. Terry informed us on the extent of the job and pointed out several issue we may encounter later on if we did not do the job right. Would very much have him perform other electrical services again.
